The TiwariChat personal app is free. This policy applies to TiwariChat Business plans.
1. Free trial
Business and Business Pro include a 30-day free trial. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
2. Monthly plans
Cancel anytime. Access continues to the end of the paid month. Fees for the current month are not refunded.
3. Yearly plans
Full refund within 14 days of the first yearly payment. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal, and unused months are not refunded unless required by law.
4. Removing users
Removed seats are credited against your next invoice on yearly plans.
5. How to request
Email pravinkumartiwari001@gmail.com with your workspace name and invoice number. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
